Purchase Japanese Items Online

We will do a purchase online for you.
We will get items from online shops in Japan, and ship the items to your location.
Please be sure to read the stipulation below, and propose if you agree with it.

1)You have to pay 10.00USD as charge for 1 item other than the costs
(price of item, shipping cost from the store to us, banking charge,
shipping cost from us to you, PayPal charge).

2)You have to pay the price twice. First A, second B.
A: our charge, price of item, shipping cost from the store to us,
banking charge, PayPal charge
B: shipping cost from us to you
You pay A before we order the items, and you pay B before we ship the items to you.
You have to pay in 7 days. We will throw away the items after the deadline.
We won't take responsibility even if the food will be spoiled because of the delay
of the payment. You pay the prices with PayPal.

3)You can't cancel at any reasons after we will order the items to the stores.

4)We will confirm the expiration date of food, and tell you before we will
order the items. We will try to avoid troubles as possible as we can,
but we won't refund even if the items aren't exactly what you wanted.

5)We can't promise that we will get the items definately, but we will just refund
when we won't be able to get the items for some reasons.

6)You can't instruct us about the methods to get the items.

7)You can't return items at any reasons. We will try to get refunded from the stores
and pay the amount to you, but we won't pay other prices when the items are defective.
And we won't refund when we won't be able to get refunded by the stores.

8)The shipping method will be "EMS"(3-14 days to arrive, trackable) only.
We will refund all the money when the items will be lost.
But we won't refund when the informations you gives us are wrong.

9)When you order items on auctions, we can't promise to get the items.
You have to try to communicate with us frequently to get the items.

10)We won't accept your orders when the items are too expensive, raw,
difficult to order, adult, dangerous etc.
